About Natder Limited
Building a world-class gold and nickel mining company in West Africa.
Who We Are
Company Overview
A bold new force in West African mineral exploration.
Natder Limited is a mining exploration company focused on the discovery, development, and responsible extraction of gold and nickel resources in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Incorporated in England and Wales, the company was established to unlock the significant mineral potential that lies within one of the world's most geologically prospective regions.
The company was founded with deep conviction about Sierra Leone's untapped mineral wealth and a commitment to building a resource-development enterprise that meets the highest international standards. Our approach combines rigorous geological analysis with sustainable practices and meaningful community engagement.
Our flagship project is underpinned by data from the EITAP (Enhanced Integrated Terrain Analysis Programme) airborne geophysical survey, which identified gold prospectivity ratings of 80–95% and nickel prospectivity ratings of 70–90% across our target concession area. This robust dataset provides a strong scientific foundation for the company's exploration strategy and de-risks the early phases of development.
Natder Limited is currently in the pre-production stage and is seeking approximately $200 million in investment to advance the project through exploration, resource definition, feasibility studies, and mine construction. We are actively engaging with institutional investors, strategic partners, and development finance institutions to fund this transformative venture.

Investment Context
Why Sierra Leone
A compelling destination for responsible mineral investment.
Sierra Leone sits at the heart of the West African Craton, one of the most prolific gold-bearing geological provinces on Earth. Despite its extraordinary mineral endowment, the country remains significantly under-explored relative to its neighbours — creating a rare window of opportunity for early movers with the right technical approach and community partnerships.
Geological Prospectivity
Sierra Leone's Archaean and Proterozoic greenstone belts host the same geological formations that have yielded major gold deposits across Ghana, Mali, and Guinea. EITAP survey data confirms exceptional gold and nickel prospectivity within Natder's target area, supported by artisanal mining activity that validates surface mineralisation.
Mining-Friendly Regulatory Environment
The Government of Sierra Leone has enacted progressive mining legislation — including the Mines and Minerals Act 2009 — that provides clear licensing frameworks, competitive fiscal terms, and strong protections for foreign investors. The National Minerals Agency (NMA) actively supports responsible exploration and development.
Infrastructure and Access
Sierra Leone benefits from an established port at Freetown, improving road networks, and a tropical climate that permits year-round exploration. The country's compact geography means that most prospective areas are within reasonable distance of existing transport infrastructure.
Strategic Timing
With gold prices at historic highs and global demand for responsibly sourced minerals increasing, the timing for new gold development in Sierra Leone is exceptionally favourable. Early-stage projects in proven geological terrains offer significant upside for investors with a medium-term horizon.
Proven Investment Destination
Sierra Leone has attracted investment from major mining companies including London Mining, African Minerals, and Gerald Group. The country's track record of hosting large-scale mining operations demonstrates that it is a viable and proven destination for serious mineral investment.
